These Terms of Service govern your use of StratEdge Consulting's website and services. By purchasing a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
StratEdge Consulting provides digital strategy consulting services as described on our Pricing page. Sessions are delivered via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) at the scheduled time. Deliverables are provided within the timeframes stated for each service tier.
2. Booking & Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to a $25 administrative fee. No-shows forfeit the session without refund unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose details of your business, website, or strategy to any third party without your explicit written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced during your session are your property. Our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of StratEdge Consulting.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. We provide recommendations in good faith based on information available at the time of consultation. Results are not guaranteed, as they depend on implementation by the client.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
